▶ How to Use
- Clean and dry the bridge of your nose and the skin around your lips.
- Apply a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose and press gently.
- Place your chosen mouth tape horizontally over closed lips and press to secure.
- Sleep, and let both work. In the morning, loosen the tape from the inside with your tongue and peel away gently.
▶ Easily Remove Your Tape
The longer the tape is on, the more firmly secured the adhesive becomes. There’s an easy way to remove it—no matter how secure it feels—by using your tongue.
Simply poke out your tongue and make a circular motion to moisten the adhesive from the inside, then gently peel it away.
