Genuine BreatheBands from Betta Sleep use two semi-circular magnets that form a full circle when connected. Cheap copies often use rectangular magnets in the band, which are weak and ineffective.
Our patch magnets are flat for comfort and better skin contact. Low-quality versions usually have raised magnets that press awkwardly against your nose.
One quick test: try lifting something metal like an Apple AirPods Pro case. Ours can do it — cheap versions can’t.

The magnetic band itself is reusable. The adhesive patches are single use. Replacement patch kits are available separately.
No. The adhesive is designed to hold securely but remove cleanly. Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying for best results.
The patches use a medical grade, hypoallergenic adhesive, but if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing a patch for a short time before full use. The patches are latex free. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Traditional nasal strips stick across the bridge of your nose and can peel off, lose grip with sweat, or irritate your skin. (Our BettaSilk Nasal Strips are a much better option if you prefer a familiar format.)
